Veronica and her husband were so caring and kind; my pups immediately felt very comfortable with them (in fact they seemed to hardly notice that I was leaving : D). Veronica's communication is stellar, and her warmth and love for dogs was immediately evident. It was a wonderful experience for Kiko, Butters, and me as their human.
