Terra was great. She understood my cat needed space while I was away and adhered to all of my requests. I was not able to do a meet and greet and she stepped in without an issue by talking it over on the phone. She made me feel comfortable leaving my baby with her. Lillian was fantastic! She very quickly got Lenny - my shy (at first) beloved pussy cat - entirely comfortable by spending time with him under the bed :) She played with him, kept him company, made sure he got home safely after doing his rounds outside, sent lots of updates and pics, thoroughly cleaned up his "gift" to her (not a pretty sight), and left the place a treat to return to. Can't say enough good things about Lillian.

Jonathan did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away for a week. He is very communicative and we enjoyed the Rover cards he sends. We also had a few unexpected events happen while we were away - he was able to handle them well and make sure our kitties were fine. 10/10 would recommend!
