Mark is a joy to work with. From the first visit, he connected with Gracie and had the perfect balance of friendliness and reserve. Gracie loved him! Our other cat, Coco is very shy. Mark was gentle and patient as she got accustomed to his presence. We received great photos, videos and updates. I was so confident and comfortable leaving my fur babies with Mark.
