Hannah was great! She responded promptly and we were able to set up a Meet and Greet as well as our required visits on short notice. My shy furbaby took an immediate liking to her during our meet-and-greet. During her 30-minute visits, I received thorough updates, as well as pictures to reassure me everything was ok.
