Nina & Leo O. are super detail-oriented, friendly, and easy to communicate with. During the evaluation visit, they came well-prepared with insightful questions and raised potential concerns. We truly appreciate their knowledge and thoughtful considerations, which stem from their extensive pet care experience. Understanding that Bridgette is a bit shy and easily nervous, they always approached her gently, both in their initial meeting and subsequent encounters. While we were away, they provided outstanding care for Bridgette, ensuring her litter box and food bowls were clean, refreshing her food and water, and feeding her favorite treats. After each visit, they provided us with a detailed summary of how Bridgette was doing at home. We highly value their loving and gentle approach and would be delighted to have them care for Bridgette again in the future.

Alexa took excellent care of my cat while I was away. My cat has separation anxiety and can't be left alone. I needed someone at the last minute and she took the job. She communicated well, shared lots of cute pictures and videos, and I could tell my cat loved her. Would definitely hire her again!

We had a wonderful experience working with Justine! We were nervous to leave our kitty at home for the first time but she immediately put our minds at ease. She proactively reached out for info ahead of time, was prompt for visits, sent us photos, and even offered to help with other things around the house while we were away. She was kind and patient with our shy kitty and followed the instructions we left. We'll definitely book Justine again when we need a Rover. Thank you, Justine!

Julia was wonderful! She dropped in to care for my 2 cats for three days. Her Rover cards were awesome with tons of pics and great feedback about her visit. Would definitely recommend!

I booked with Megan for check-ins for my three cats over the holidays and she was amazing! From the meet and greet to her notes and pictures, she was professional and attentive. She went above and beyond providing care for my pets. After a few other lukewarm Rover experiences, I was so happy to find Megan.

Octavia took care of our cat, Roni, while we traveled with our dogs. We came back to a happy cat! I’m grateful we have found Octavia. She does a great job and is very communicative about how everything is going when we are out of town.
