Words can not express how much instant trust and ease I had when I met Mel. As a pet parent who is a bit over protective I have a hard time leaving my fur kids with anyone. Mel is not just anyone … from the moment she responded to my inquiry to meeting and finally watching the kids … I feel so lucky to have found her. I never wondered or worried when I was on my holiday as she is professional, personable, responsible, reassuring and my fur kids instantly loved her. If that wasn’t enough … when I returned home my house was better than I left it. More clean than if I had hired out for a service. Little details and touches everywhere that told me she not only loved my fur kids but also my home. She’s truly special and all the pup dates and photos made me feel like I was still at home with my fur kids. Thank you Mel ?

I can’t say enough good things about Brandie! Leaving my dog for four days while traveling across the country had me incredibly anxious, but she made the whole experience so much easier. Her communication was amazing, and every update gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was safe, happy, and so well cared for. She truly treated my dog like her own and went above and beyond to make sure both of us were comfortable. She was flexible, attentive, and always responsive to any questions or concerns. It’s clear she genuinely loves dogs and has a wealth of knowledge and experience caring for them. I would trust her with my dog again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care.

Ronnie did a great job taking care of our 2 doggies Honey & Tia! I appreciate his very good communication before, during and after. Ronnie sent pictures and sent texts to me while we were gone. Our house was just as we left it. We will definitely ask Ronnie again to take care of our doggies!

Ninva is a great match for what my 11yo border terrier and I need. She was punctual, paid attention to my instructions pertaining to food, meds, and schedules.
