Dog Boarding in Avalon

We got daily photos of our dog having fun with his fur friends at Sunny's house, and he came home happy at the end of his stay. Thank you, Sunny, for taking good care of our boy!

Armando was great! He was super responsive and sent me a ton of photos and updates. Shasta had a great time and we’ll definitely be using him again.

Sandra went above and BEYOND as always. Red feels so loved everytime he with Sandra and comes back so happy! She even put together a dog cake and had a dog celebration for Red’s birthday which meant the world! I was so sad I couldn’t celebrate with Red for his birthday but it meant the world to know he still had a good birthday when I was out of town. Her professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and care is unmatched. Red gets lot of exercise, playtime, and hiking adventures and I can relax knowing he’s in good hands! Thank you Sandra!!!! Xoxoxo

Silvia did such an amazing job looking after my Benni. It was his first time staying at a Rover sitter without his sister Bella, which had me a little nervous at first because he was not used to being on his own. However Silvia put my worries at ease when I met her. She was very kind, welcoming, and nurturing to my Benni. She sent me updates and photos of him during his stay. Her communication was great! He also made some new friends with the other dogs she was looking after. I would definitely reach out to Silvia again.

Qing was wonderful and took great care of our Lucas. We received pictures of how comfortable he was staying over. We were so happy to have met Qing.

Ziya was an amazing sitter. My dog felt at home with her and her family. She kept me updated with cute videos and texts consistently. She really demonstrates professionalism, kindness and a keen understanding of dogs’ nature. I came home to a very happy dog and couldn’t be happier with the experience with Ziya.

Traci enables me to rest assured that my fur babies are well taken cared of, happy, and loved. I was gone for 11 days and did not worry one bit. Pictures and video were a plus. Ka Po and Moni so enjoyed her that they barked and howled when she would leave them to go outside in the yard without her which is what they do with me when I do not have the "talk" that I am leaving and will return and expect them to be on their good behavior.

We are so grateful to have found Sharyl on Rover! She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, who has some health issues and requires medication. Mimi is also a very shy, skittish cat—a true “shrinking violet”—but Sharyl was wonderfully patient and gentle with her. She followed Mimi’s lead, giving her space when needed and making her feel safe and comfortable while we were away. Sharyl also made sure Mimi got her favorite “chickies” with every meal and stayed on top of her medicine. We felt completely at ease knowing Mimi was in such kind and capable hands. We highly recommend Sharyl to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive pet sitter!

DJ had a great day with Cara and her son. The outdoor walk along the beach were a nice bonus for him. Will definitely be bringing DJ back for future visits.

Chase had an amazing time at Christina's this past weekend. Christina was so kind and responsive to my husband and me via the app and in person upon drop off and pick up. She was flexible with our pick up time and sent us gorgeous photos of our little mutt throughout his stay. I'm happy to be reunited with Chase, but felt confident leaving him in Christina's care - he is tuckered out!

Gretchen and her family took great of our two little boston terriers. They stayed for a few days around July 4th and were well shielded from all the commotion and pretty much always had company. They came back very happy and well behaved. Would definitely book again!

Christeen and her family took amazing care of Klaus during his stay. They sent lots of photos and videos showing how much love and attention he was getting, it was great knowing he was being so well cared for while we were away. Highly recommend!

Jeff and kara were excellent! Everydsy they kept me posted with photos and texts. My precious pup seemed very happy. We'll definitely be using them again and again. Thanks jeff and kara for putting my mind at ease and taking great care.
