Julie was a super star! She took such amazing care of Pancho while housesitting and left my home looking pristine. Everything was in it's perfect place and clean when I came home. Pancho was so happy throughout and I know she was totally safe with Julie. I will definitely use Julie again and can't recommend her more highly!

Hayley went above and beyond when she took care of our fur babies. I’m usually worried whenever we have to leave both of them but with her I was able to relax and enjoy our vacation because I was rest assured that they were in good hands. She is very passionate and a real pet lover. Our fur babies loved her and even slept on the bed with her! We’ll definitely book her again!

Susan was great with my dog Jaya and sent me photos and updates every day of my trip. I felt good about leaving my girl with Susan and was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing she was being well taken care of and even taken on outings! In addition Susan left my house in perfect order and gave my plants some tender loving care too!

Peter was fantastic. Not only was he flexible, professional and generous (going way beyond the call of duty) during an extended power outage, but he was kind and cheerful while dealing with adversity. He also left our house spotless and our dog super content. So appreciative of his communication and positive energy and attitude. We will definitely have him come stay with Otis again in the future.

Andi was fantastic - very professional, communicative, and especially warm and patient with our nervous rescue dog. Andi has an extensive knowledge and understanding of dogs - she was very in tune with what our girl needed, whether it be physical exercise or mental stimulation, and she gave her lots of attention and snuggles. Our dog is leash reactive, and Andi was able to plan walks and avoid triggers as much as possible. We returned home to a very happy dog and a clean house. Would definitely hire Andi again!

Erik did a good job with our two skittish cats. He even managed to send photos of them as they got more comfortable with him. All was well when we got home and everything here was in good shape, kitties included!

Dorothy is so wonderful. Flexible with changing details, loads of walks and photos, an ideal house guest, all around stellar and I can’t wait to become one of her regulars.

Tania was an instant friend to our 76 pound mixed lab. She took great care of him and our home while we were away. Responsive, caring and personable are just some of the glowing adjectives we would use to describe Tania. We LOVED the pics that she sent during her stay!

Victoria did a marvelous job with our two kittens. We were away for 10 days. She made sure they were very well cared for, and had several play sessions with them every day. She took good care of our home, plants, and mail as well. She introduced the kitties (and us) to Cat TV on YouTube, which they love. We highly recommend Victoria!
