Quick response, good communication and checking on dogs walking needs, including offering to bring her own water. Very prompt for scheduled walk.

Another great visit with Mike! Our Miesha looks forward to his visits and we love that we don’t have to worry about her when she’s with Mike. Always very caring and gentle with our girl and even throws in some training tips! Highly recommend.

Paulo was great with walking my two boys (1 puppy, 1 senior dog), and I can tell that my dogs love him. He walked my dog for multiple appointments with 1 hour each. His walks have good routing. He brings my dogs outside our neighborhood, such as the closest community park, which is more than half a mile away (of course, the total length of the walk is more that). He brings my dogs home safe and sound, and in a timely manner. Additionally, I like his detailed note taking in the Rover app, such as for every pee or potty break. He even gives my dogs meal breaks, and respectfully asks me prior to feeding them. I enjoy the plentiful pictures he takes with my dogs. He also leaves sweet notes for my dogs. And I wish I could translate them to my dogs. Overall, Paulo seeks to provide excellent and loyal customer service, which I appreciate very much. He is very communicative and leaves a really good impression. He seems caring, respectful and trustworthy. I definitely would like to see Paulo again and request additional services in the near future. I highly recommend Paulo for walking your dogs too. 5 stars !!!

Maria walked my dog for three days in a row while I recovered. Stanley was always excited to see her and she took him to great parks in the area to mix it up for him.

Aileen was incredibly sweet, conscientious and able to respond + accommodate a dog walk on very short notice. She was extremely enthusiastic and very punctual the next day — she gave so much care and attention to Pony and even provided updates on how enjoyable the walk was! Aileen is wonderful with pets and flexible enough to accommodate last-minute, inconsistent schedules :) I hope to use her as a regular and highly recommend her as a dogwalker/sitter as she ensures your pet will be very well looked after!

Jill has been great with Faith. Very sweet to her and Faith really looks forward to her walks with Jill. Even during the recent rain Jill has always taken Faith out to give her a proper walk. I also appreciate that Jill has been flexible on scheduling. Recently we got called into work and asked her last minute if she could walk Faith and she agreed. Highly recommended.
