I’ve booked with her three times now. This time - for drop-ins with my cat, and she has been consistently great. She always makes sure his litter box is clean, his food and water are full, and she takes the time to play with him, which I really appreciate. Yolanda is genuinely fantastic!!! First of all, she’s so kind and you can tell she truly loves animals and people. She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are “elders” and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Yolanda to care for you furry family ❤️🙏
