All directions were followed purrfectly, and she even brought a brushy glove of her own to love up on my cats with. Jillian is so thoughtful and kind! I knew my little catdude was well taken care of and comfortable. She sent lots of vids and updates throughout and made sure he was well fed and had lots of treats. 10/10 experience!
Yolanda is genuinely fantastic!!! First of all, sheโs so kind and you can tell she truly loves animals and people. She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are โeldersโ and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Yolanda to care for you furry family โค๏ธ๐
