Dog Boarding in Big Bear City

Hugh and Mary treat every dog in their care as family! They treated my Koda as family, and after he passed, they now treat my Scout as family. I am appreciate the love and excellent care they give to all dogs, and I am grateful for the loving environment they create for the dogs lucky enough to stay with Hugh and Mary.

Very thankful to have left our dog on a very last minute trip to big bear. Ruben and his wife took great care of our dog. She must’ve played so much all she did was sleep that day she came home. Definitely will have them watch our dog when we head back to big bear.

Amanda and her family were so loving and treated Simba like their own she even gave us a picture with a card as a thank u we will definitely being using her again she did such a good job I didn't think Simba would want to come home lol

If I could I would give Janeece 6 stars. Absolute wonderful lady who agreed to come and take care of my 2 dogs and live in my home. This enabled my older one who is going blind to remain in familiar surroundings. Janeece sent daily pics and vids of the 2 critters!! I will definitely be utilizing her services again. Janeece is a wonderful lady who made me feel extremely comfortable leaving both my dogs and my home in her care. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I can’t recommend Savannah enough! She came through for me on such short notice and was incredibly accommodating to both me and my dog. Before even meeting him, she took the time to learn everything she could about his routine, personality, and needs, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with detailed messages and photos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was so clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like he was her own. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness were truly exceptional. She’s such a sweet person, and I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their fur babies

Moriah provided a full day of enrichment and love for our dog. Our dog greeted her as though they were best friends.

Edith was great with Gracie. Gracie is a very anxious girl but she went right in the house and explored. I loved the updates and pictures she sent. She really made me feel at ease and I knew my baby was being well taken care of. I 100% recommend Edith Thank you so much ☺️

Melissa was amazing! She sent lots of pictures and is wonderful communicating with how Jack was doing. She took him on daily walks. He came home happy and healthy. We will definitely use her again.

What amazing experience! Caesar is the best loving and caring sitter. You'll never have worries when leaving your pets with him. Definitely using him again!

Lacey is absolutely wonderful! She was so caring and attentive to all of Navi's needs. She has excellent communication and sent frequent updates. The grounds were great and had plenty of room for Navi to explore. I cannot recommend Lacey enough. Thank you!

I am so grateful to Heather for taking such wonderful care of Darcy and Ellie during their stay with her! She sent plenty of photos and provided me updates about how they were doing throughout the stay. She was extremely accommodating despite my last minute request. The two had so much fun and were absolutely exhausted after a fun weekend with Heather and the other pups. I highly recommend choosing Heather as your next sitter! I know we will definitely be booking with her the next time they need a pupcation!
