Dog Boarding in Big Bear City

We decided to come back to Big Bear after just being here three weeks ago. We immediately had Hugh and Mary in mind for Maisel to make a return visit for one night. We were once again very happy for the care Maisel received and appreciated the pictures of her during her stay. On top of that we received treats again for Maisel and us! Thank you Hugh and Mary! Melissa was amazing! She sent lots of pictures and is wonderful communicating with how Jack was doing. She took him on daily walks. He came home happy and healthy. We will definitely use her again.

Amazing pet sitter and person! Janeece was so kind and consistently updated me about Oliver. I could tell he loved staying with her. I'm so grateful she was able to watch him for new years on short notice and for handling his medicine so I could enjoy a night out. Thank you again for everything Janeece! I would trust her to watch him anytime.

Amanda and her family were so loving and treated Simba like their own she even gave us a picture with a card as a thank u we will definitely being using her again she did such a good job I didn't think Simba would want to come home lol

Well, my fur baby just spent the weekend with Edith and her family and as usual she has done a fantastic job of keeping my baby safe and happy. Edith, you are my angel and for that, I thank you, bless you and yours for this Memorial Day holiday. Cody and I will see you soon.❤️

I can’t recommend Savannah enough! She came through for me on such short notice and was incredibly accommodating to both me and my dog. Before even meeting him, she took the time to learn everything she could about his routine, personality, and needs, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with detailed messages and photos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was so clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like he was her own. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness were truly exceptional. She’s such a sweet person, and I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their fur babies

We felt very secure to leave our Gracie with Ceasar. He and his daughter truly love dogs and Tom car is our Gracie like she was their own. Ceasar will be our go to sitter.

Melanie was wonderful with Timber and gave us a lot of peace of mind as new dog owners. She was caring, communicative, and treated him like her own. Timber came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

Our pup stayed with Lacey, she loved it and came back tired! We’ve used Rover a fair bit and this was the best experience ever. Great facilities, professionalism and communication. A 5 star experience!

This is the first Rover stay for my dog Mika. Katherine has a very nice environment for the 2 weeks stay and she kept me daily updated with pics. Katherine is a true animal lover and I'm very glad I had found her to take care of my dog and I will be back for sure for my future needs. Her price is very reasonable with the service she provided. Erika was very attentive to our pug, Hank. He was very comfortable with her the moment he met her. We will definitely be using Erika again!

Phyllis took wonderful care of my dog, Trolley, for six days, and I couldn’t be happier. Trolley always has such a great time when she stays with her, and it’s clear she’s well loved and cared for. Another great boarding experience with Kelly. My dogs are very important to us and we are picky about who cares for them. We are so happy to have found Kelly. She takes great care of our dogs, takes pictures and send updates.

My dog Ivy was a return "guest" at Jayne and Gary's house last night. They understand that Ivy was a rescued dog when she was adopted by my husband and I. She has issues. Jayne and Gary understand that and continue to treat Ivy with love and strive to make her comfortable. We appreciate them and will continue to request their services in the future.

Alena was very good with Kylo. We trusted her and felt good leaving our dog. He was in great spirits when he came home. We appreciate her and we’re very grateful she took great care of our Kylo.
