Dog Boarding in Big Bear Lake

Hugh and Mary are definitely BIG lovers of dogs. My little Charlie clearly had an absolute blast playing with the other dogs, and living her best life! She made buddies with Hugh and Mary, quickly. And, I know would be excited to go back and stay (and get spoiled) any time! They were also helpful and understanding about some of some Rover app booking issues I had when adjusting stay time. Highly recommend!

Amanda was fantastic! Immediately began sending updates the moment I dropped Maple off. She does sit other dogs at the same time, but I was never worried about my sweet pup being neglected or being unsafe with the other dogs there! I would 100% trust her to watch Maple again.

Katie is wonderful! She is very thoughtful and always keeps me well informed. Highly recommended.

Moriah provided a full day of enrichment and love for our dog. Our dog greeted her as though they were best friends.

I can’t recommend Savannah enough! She came through for me on such short notice and was incredibly accommodating to both me and my dog. Before even meeting him, she took the time to learn everything she could about his routine, personality, and needs, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with detailed messages and photos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was so clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like he was her own. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness were truly exceptional. She’s such a sweet person, and I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their fur babies

Well, my fur baby just spent the weekend with Edith and her family and as usual she has done a fantastic job of keeping my baby safe and happy. Edith, you are my angel and for that, I thank you, bless you and yours for this Memorial Day holiday. Cody and I will see you soon.❤️

Lucky had such a good time that he ended up crying for a little as we were leaving haha. You guys took such good care of my boy and I truly appreciate it! Our dogs had the best time, I know this because they immediately went to bed from exhaustion hahah! Marinee and her husband were so nice and the house was perfect for our fur babies! Thank you for taking care of our babiessss!

Melissa was amazing! She sent lots of pictures and is wonderful communicating with how Jack was doing. She took him on daily walks. He came home happy and healthy. We will definitely use her again.

Another great boarding experience with Kelly. My dogs are very important to us and we are picky about who cares for them. We are so happy to have found Kelly. She takes great care of our dogs, takes pictures and send updates.

I’m speechless when it comes to Janeece’s care. She really focused on my Scruffy’s needs, as I was off on a trip for 2 weeks [the longest I’ve ever been away from my pups]. We first conducted a meet and greet, and Scruffy fully made himself at home with her. She focused on his daily routine, and asked important questions additional to the standard Rover information [bonus points]. Janeece is flexible, and is able to communicate via telephone call, video call etc.[considering, I was in different time zones] She sent me lots of pictures of my Scruffy, and their daily activities [love them all]. If you are looking for a well rounded, loving pet-caregiver/taker/sitter Janeece is the one! I trust her with my Scruffy pup ?

Jess and Dayana watched my 1 year old cattle dog mix for 7 days. It was our first time leaving her and it was hard for us. We received a daily pic or video that helped us know she was happy and doing well. It helped a lot! They treated our baby like one of their own and I appreciate them so much. We will be reaching out for future trips.
