Baylee was absolutely fantastic with my two cats and dog and she went above and beyond in every way possible. What impressed me most was her proactive communication. She checked in frequently throughout my time away and sent the cutest photos of my pets looking happy, well-fed, and content. I never had to ask for updates; she just knew how much it would mean to me as a pet parent to see that they were thriving. She genuinely spent quality time playing with them and giving them the attention they needed. As always, Mariela is amazing. My family loves to see the photos each time she visits. We rest easy while on vacation knowing our kitty is well cared for and loved!

Nate and Ray are fantastic. They check in on our cat and administered his medication daily without issue. They are responsive and communicative. We will be asking them to check in on our cat in the future.
