We are very happy with Katia! Katia made our vacation very special by taking time to assure me and my family that our pets Teddy and Blue were safe and sound. Katia sent pictures from the moment we left up until moments before we picked them up. These pictures were special to us being it was the first time we used Rover and left our pets with someone. We had such a great experience! Our dog Jack was very well cared for and we really appreciated receiving several photos and videos throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind and we could clearly see that he was happy, comfortable and having such a great time! 🐾❤️ We’re very grateful for the wonderful care from Jamal and will definitely be booking again!

This is the first time I let anyone keep an eye on my dog. She is my baby. They took great care of her. They sent me videos and pictures of her while she was there with them. Nice people to talk to very welcoming I will be using them again in the future, I do recommend them to my friends

Heather sent tons of pictures and I felt like my kids were in very good hands. I was gone during a hot spell and she had plenty of shade and fans running in addition to fresh water. I appreciate the fact that she let me know that one of my dogs was stressed and apparently snapped at her when trying to remove her from her crate. This dog normally LOVES people so that let me know that she was too stressed by all the dogs and that this rover home may not be the best fit for her. However, I would certainly use Heather’s services again for my other dog who is far more social.

We always know our pup is in good hands with Kristen! She takes care of our pup like she’s her own! Our pup and her dog Cash have the best time playing together. Kristen is a go to for when we are out of town!

Monique was great. Very accommodating and kind. My dog has separation anxiety and she handle it very well, giving him lots of love and attention and making him feel safe and comforted. Highly recommend her.
