I really can’t say enough positive things about Florence and Wen!!! Teddy had THE best time with them, they loved on him like he was their own, fed him the best treatos and took him on plenty of walks. I got regular text pupdates and loads of photos and videos of Ted living his best life! I can’t wait for Ted to go back because he loves Florence and Wen.
Trishalee was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. She also accommodated some last minute changes to the booking. Oliver also seems to have had a good time and came back tired.
Grace has been taking care of Mia for over 6 months now, Mia is always excited to see Grace. Mia is well taken care of, I'm updated throughout the day, I have zero complaints, just gratitude!
This was my first time using Rover and they made it such a wonderful experience. My dog is nervous, but instantly seemed comfortable with Chinhua! Plus the updates were the best to see how she was doing and settling in. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend and will book with them again!
Anahita took good care of Peanut and made him comfortable and safe even though this was the first time she took care of him for doggy daycare. The appointment eventually ran much shorter than expected as our plans had changed but Anahita was able to adjust her time and schedule appropriately. Would definitely have Peanut stay with her again.
