Suzie was a tremendous help with my senior CKD cat, Molly, during two home subcutaneous fluid sessions. On the first day, I took the lead and Suzie assisted with line priming, valve operation, and helping keep Molly comfortable and still during the procedure. On the second day, Suzie took the lead and successfully performed the needle insertion and fluid administration while I assisted with positioning Molly, valve operation, and fluid flow. Molly's care requires patience, teamwork, attention to detail, and a calm approach. Suzie was reliable, professional, gentle with Molly, and adaptable when our roles changed from one day to the next. On the day Suzie took the lead, Molly received her full fluid treatment with no observed leakage, and Molly remained comfortable, mobile, and relaxed afterward. I would gladly work with Suzie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable help with a pet who has ongoing medical needs.

We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us. After just a few visits, it was clear that Missy looked forward to seeing her, which gave us so much peace of mind. Paige was extremely communicative, reliable and amazing! She sent update pictures for every visit and assured me that my pet bunny Luna was happy, healthy and well cared for. I was worried since most people don't have much experience with bunnies, but Paige asked thorough questions to make sure she cared for Luna in the best way possible. Would extremely recommend her!

Katherine took excellent care of my cats for approximately three weeks through drop-in visits. She is incredibly supportive, accommodating, and helpful. Her dedication to the pets is evident in her willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my litter robot sensor issues. Her exceptional skills are evident in her ability to perfectly fit the trash bags into the litter robot can. I highly recommend her services!
