Shao makes drop off and pick up easy by being flexible and proactive. We get lots of feedback about the fun times our pooches are having during the day, in Shiao’s well-managed safe daycare room. Shao makes sure our dogs get outside regularly and our pooches are excited for daycare with Shao.
Regina was super professional and accommodating, even when our plans changed at the last second. She has a spacious backyard and she clearly cared deeply for our dogs. We would not have been able to pull off this trip to San Francisco without her!

Adrian was so patient with my shy and sporadic pup. We did a 10 min meet and greet with each of his resident dogs up and down his block before letting them play in his backyard in order to help them acclimate. He was able to get them to calm down and chill together inside on individual dog beds. He also sent photos frequently which was really reassuring for my pup struggling with separation anxiety. A successful day care experience two days in a row!
