Dog Boarding in Brookdale

Marie Angelika is a beautiful person who loves and respects animals. That was my exact impression from meeting her and interacting with her throughout the stay. My bird can be clingy at times, but she felt safe, secure, and happy in Marie's care. She fed her fresh veggies which was super cool. Marie has great energy, maintained wonderful communication, and sent regular updates with videos. She was kind, helpful, and even went out of her way to meet me halfway. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend her!

My dog had the absolute best time. I was able to chat with Kara a couple weeks in advance to decide if this was a good fit for him while I went to a wedding in the area. The updates of his days running around and getting pup cups, outshined my weekend at a wedding in the Santa Cruz mountains (which was great). If you’re on the fence about booking, reach out. If its a fit, your dog will likely have the best weekend of their lives.

We reached out to Valentina to help take care of our 1 year old pup, Arlo, who has a fair amount of separation anxiety. She did an amazing job helping him relax and feel comfortable for through the weekend, and we also got lots of pictures with updates letting us know how he was doing. She has an awesome property with lots of room and has some dogs of her own, which our dog enjoyed hanging out with. We'll definitely reach out again next time we need someone to take care of Arlo!

Nabil and Sunny were amazing with my Goldendoodle Bambi. They sent many pictures and videos everyday that Bambi was with them. They took care of Bambi with so much love that we were worried he may not want to come back home.. lol. They made sure he got his food on time, took long walks, and even played with his favorite frisbee with him. I am so glad we have found a home for Bambi when we are away.

Diane took care of my 75 lb yellow lab. The fact that she had a lab in the past made me feel like she would truly understand Granger, which she did! Granger is on the higher energy side, even being almost 9 years old, but he had lots of fun playing in her big backyard and on the walks she took him on. This was the longest I’ve left him with someone other than my family and she eased all my worries by messaging me daily with pictures and updates. I would definitely book her again in the future!

Madhumita gave excellent care to Nala when we boarded Nala with her. She was super communicative, sent regular updates, took Nala for walk and even special days out (hike, beach after checking with me). Nala got tons of cuddles and petting from Madhumita and her family. Nala and Simba got along really well too. Super reliable sitter for 100% peace of mind for your furry babies. Miko and Zuko both loved their stays with Jennifer!! Her family is a perfect choice for any dog. Noah, Jennifer's son, and his sister gave much love to both of our dogs. Jennifer accommodated our dogs' needs and schedule throughly and sent multiple daily updates :) Jennifer and her family are wonderful hosts and dog-sitters!

This was my first time using Rover to find a sitter for my dog. Nancy and her family took care of my dog like it was their family dog. I would highly recommend Nancy, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. I received several pictures of Mimi during her stay. 5 star dog sitter!!!!

We had a great experience with Qi! She kept us consistently updated while we were away, sending messages and photos that really put our minds at ease. It was clear our Simba was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. We truly appreciated the communication and attention she gave. Luna absolutely adores Shannon & her husband! This was Lunas second time there and she was so excited to see them making it easy to leave her in their care. She got plenty of walks and lots of love the week she was there which is all we could ask for but they never fail to go above and beyond for our dog. Bhumi is a wonderful dog sitter. We have a puppy who can be shy around new people and dogs. Our puppy immediately took to Bhumi and her family. I highly recommend her.

Joyce and her family took exceptional care of Frida. They sent me pictures during her stay, communicated frequently and gave all the love and care she needed during her stay. I will definitely bring Frida back when we need again.

Soma was the best dog sitter I could have asked for for my dog. I was nervous to leave my anxious, mostly blind, senior dog with someone while I was away, but I felt so at ease leaving Tippy with Soma, which is saying a lot. Soma was very attentive and warm, and I felt like she really cared about making sure Tippy was comfortable and taken care of. Soma provided lots of great updates and pictures :) Tippy got lots of time sniffing new places and riding in her backpack and enjoyed her time. I feel lucky to have found Soma!

We could not imagine better care for Ranger while we are away. I received delightful photos and updates of all his play, fun walks, and peaceful snoozes. Ranger still has quite a bit of young energy and I worried at one point that maybe he was being over the top. Anusha kindly reassured me that Ranger was "being himself" and that's what they most want for dogs who stay with them. Thank you Anusha for loving our boy! He had an amazing time.

Ranger enjoyed his time with Steve, he came back socialized and relaxed. Steve was great with sending pictures daily and following the meal plan we have with supplements added. He was also responsive and very easy to communicate with. Steve really cares for the dogs he watches and exudes confidence and calmness.
