Jazmin was extremely flexible and understanding. She even added extra slots for my second fur companion after we had to send the first to the vet for the entire visit. Overall, I am very grateful and pleased with her service and help.

Naylea took such a good care of my cat Sundance, who needs an inhaler twice a day. Naylea put in an effort to learn how to administer the dose and also kept me posted on Sundance s condition. She is detail oriented and noticed an incident when the automatic feeder might not have worked properly on the last day of her visit. I appreciate her photos and communication. It meant a lot to me. Sundance was happy to see her during each visit.

Holly was great! She kept us updated and Flash was so happy!

Vyanh is super sweet and personable. Very professional and punctual. I was worried that my cats would be lonely but she took time to give them scratches. My first time having someone come into my house to feed them but Vyanh was so great. Very good experience!

It was their first time cat-sitting (drop-in visits), but they meticulously followed my instructions and kept litter box, fed my cat, and kept her company! Will definitely rebook.

Asmita was amazing!! My original pet sitter plans fell through a couple weeks before leaving for my vacation and thankfully found Asmita! She did a daily drop-in visit when I was gone and she was extremely attentive to my cats. She took lots of photos and videos along with any necessary updates. She is responsive and will take great care of your fur babies!! She is a genuine person who loves pets and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for taking good care of my cats while I was gone. Absolutely phenomenal people; my cat is notorious for breaking into the bag of cat treats. Chelsea kindly created a personalized jar with my cat's picture on it and labeled it "Peter's Treat Jar" to prevent him from breaking in. It was the kindest act anyone has ever done. She just puts so much care and passion into her work. I'm so blessed to have found Chelsea and Richard and I won't be going anywhere else for pet sitting. You can rely on them to truly care about you baby and about you when you're gone. This service is so exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sitter that goes above and BEYOND.

Celia was AWESOME. She brought her own toys to use with our kitties. She was very patient with our diva cat and his ear cream. Would absolutely use again.

Tracy is a bright light, caring and an awesome person. She has a way with animals (and people). Harper took to her instantly. I felt comfortable and assured that he would be well in Tracy’s care. My Harper is deaf. But he bonded and understood Tracy very well. We give her an additional 5 more stars ⭐️🌟💫🌟⭐️

Sofia was great as always! She stopped by twice a day to feed and play with our cats. Always prompt and sends lots of great photos! Highly recommended.

My original review still stands but I'll add that Connie provided videos and report card feedback when she dropped-in on my dog which I found to be very comforting as a dog owner! More importantly my dog really, really likes Connie which I think is the biggest positive endorsement I can give. Looking forward to working with her again. Highly recommended.
