House Sitting in Calavo Gardens

I hesitate to tell you how truly outstanding Maureen is because it'll make her that much harder to book in the future, but she absolutely deserves a 5-star review. She sent us pictures and numerous texts while watching Maggie (an energetic 1.5 year old) and Charlie (a curmudgeonly, fearful senior) - both not being the easiest dogs to watch. She even offered excellent dog training advice that we have applied and seen our rambunctious Maggie calm a bit. When we returned home, we found adorable magnets with our dog's names on them, alongside pictures of them while we were away (which will now be framed), and a clean home. I absolutely will be requesting her again in hopes that she'll be available.

Brandy is great! She has stayed in our home with our dog several times. This trip was for 10 days. We never worry when Brandy is caring for our pup! She keeps us updated with pictures and messages. She's definitely our favorite pet sitter!

We were so grateful to have Maria return and sit our special needs senior dog for the weekend in our home. He hadn’t seen her for about two months but he was so excited when she walked in! It’s so comforting knowing your dog is with someone who genuinely loves them and Maria provides that for us ❤️ She’s the absolute best.

Definitely will be working with again took well care of my girl and kept me updated on how she was doing and i received picture updates.

Five stars is not enough. From the first minute of meeting Courtney I was comforted by her calm and warm demeanor. I knew my two large dogs were in good hands which helped relieve some of the anxiety of leaving your dogs at home. Courtney is excellent at communicating, setting expectations, and making sure she has everything she needs to care for your dogs. She provided lots of photos and updates, and I got to see that my anxious velcro dog had quickly warmed up to her. Unfortunately a breaker tripped during her sit, but Courtney went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and get things squared away with power at the house. I will absolutely book with Courtney again and I’m more likely to travel knowing my boys are in good hands. Thank you Courtney, you are the best.

Allie was wonderful. My pups warmed up to her quickly and she was very responsive with communication and keeping me up-to-date daily. I felt I could be more fully present for my trip knowing my pets were in good hands. You know your fur babies are well taken care of when you return after a trip and your pets are excited to see you, but also very content. I will definitely use Allie’s services again. Bobbie was amazing, she sent so many pictures and went above and beyond taking care of my moosey as well as my house. I would recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be keeping her information for the future.

Gretchen was fantastic dogsitting for us in our home for a week. She was very communicative, followed all of my instructions, and was very good with my dog. In fact, I interviewed 3 different sitters and she was the one my dog felt immediately at ease with, which is saying a lot as she is rather skittish. As such, she requires being driven to a park to take her daily walk and Gretchen did this with no hesitation. Our house was clean and exactly how we left it and I highly recommend her! Sarah spent a week staying with my dog while my husband and I enjoyed a long overdue vacation. She was very communicative, sent pictures every day, followed instructions and left the house tidy and secure. She even left a thoughtful photo, card and gift for me and Bunny! I will definitely be utilizing her for future vacations, what an asset!

As per usual, Tally was great with my fur babies! She was very responsive, took care of the house and pets, and sent some very cute pictures! Thank you again!
