Kimberly is an absolute joy to work with! She recently completed a drop-in visit for my cat, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Kimberly was incredibly professional, reliable, and responsive. She replies to messages quickly and was so accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which made everything stress-free for me. At the meet and greet she took lots of notes and was very thorough, thoughtful, and professional. She clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows. And most importantly, my cat absolutely adored her! It’s clear that Kimberly has a natural gift with animals. She instantly connected with my cat, making her feel safe, loved, and cared for. She paid close attention to her needs and my detailed instructions, and I could tell my kitty was happy and relaxed when I returned. Maxi is a wonderful sitter. She is professional and caring. She treats your pets with love and care. Maci is also a great communicator if she has any questions or concerns she notifies you immediately. I would not hesitate to rebook Maci again for my fur baby. 10/10!!

Natalie does such a great job of taking care of our kitties while we travel. She even goes above and beyond by taking our mail inside so it doesn’t look like no is home :) Will absolutely continue to use her services. Wish we could tip her more in the app but for some reason it limits us at doing this.
