Dog Boarding in Cardiff-by-the-Sea

We could not be more grateful for Mya! She was extremely attentive to our dog, sent us multiple updates throughout the weekend, and when our flight was canceled she was amenable to changing our pickup times. We will definitely book with Mya again!

Olivia and Sebastien (and Zuko) were so great! They kept excellent and consistent communication with plenty of sweet pictures. I feel so confident leaving my dog in their care.

Takako and Eric were so great. My dog is usually shy and has a separation anxiety but he had so much fun with them and their doggies!! I would highly recommend!

Elizabeth is responsive and took great care of our dog. Don't hesitate to use her for your next sitting.

This is the first time I ever leave a review for anyone but May and Marc are truly exceptional! My little dog is friendly but had never stayed with anyone overnight before. I was gonna be out of town for 6 days and May and Marc helped us so much! He loved his time there and they sent me super cute pics of him with Pepper daily! Honestly doggie heaven for my pup, huge yard, doggie gym, Pomeranian companion and 30 year of doggie experience with May and Marc 💛

Great experience! If my dog could talk, she’d probably ask when she can go back to Justin & Tara's magical dog resort! Haha! I dropped off my 2.5 year old golden retriever for a 2 night stay. Justin, Tara and their wonderful family treated her like one of their own. The updates throughout the stay were super appreciated (because yes, I am that clingy dog parent), and it was clear she was living her best life. Their home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space and they’re just really kind, welcoming people. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them and it's clear she was in good hands. She got so much love and attention from everyone which is her favorite thing in the world. 10/10 would recommend—and so would my dog, Lady. Thank you for taking great care of my baby!

Kris was amazing with Boomer! I felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. I was out of the country for 10 days and knew he was in the best of hands. I got just the right amount of communication/ pictures via texts. I highly recommend her for a dog sitter.

Our girls had the best time with Shannon! She was such a wonderful sitter. We knew the girls were in great hands while we were out of town. Great communication and she is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. We will definitely book again! Thanks Shannon!

We had such a great experience with Priscila! She took amazing care of Otis while we were away. She was so kind and flexible, kept in touch with daily pictures and updates, and really went above and beyond to make sure Otis was happy and comfortable. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. We’ll definitely be booking with her again- highly recommend! 🐾

Cherie and her daughter took such good care of my pup! They slept with her every night and sent pictures of her throughout the day. Cherie made me feel at ease that Stevie was being loved during this holiday season. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for her!

Kimberly took care of our mini cream dachshund, Hunny, over the weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased! As first time Rover users, we appreciated the meet and greet that was arranged to make sure all the pups got along. That was very reassuring, being first time dog owners. We also loved getting daily pictures and updates of Hunny. She was obviously getting lots of loving attention. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kimberly to anyone who is in need of a caring, attentive caregiver to look after their special furbaby!

Amy was so patient with my "Honey Bee' (17 pounder mixed breed). When I dropped Honey off, Amy talked to her and Honey went with her directly to the gate. She was walked twice a day and was allowed on the couches and had her snuggle blankets. Amy's children gave her lots of love. I was worried Honey would not want to leave but she was happy to see me.

Thank you Zari for taking such amazing care of Blue for the week! He made some great new friends and hopefully they will get to play again soon!! Drop off and pick up were very easy, and we got plenty of updates and pics!! See you again soon.

Lyndsie was an outstanding Rover sitter. We were seeking last-minute boarding for Gunnar over Thanksgiving and she was extremely accommodating. He felt right at home with his crate and being able to play with Lyndsie’s dog Nina. She shared consistent pictures/updates and also dropped him off at his second boarding location for us. Lyndsie will be our go-to moving forward!

Maiken is great! Great setup for the dogs, secure, and plenty of space to play. Cesar came home happy!

Bethany was fantastic. My pup loved her staycation with Bethany and her doggy Riley. Would definitely recommend. Got to meet them before too make sure the doggies got along. She took Bryndee to her favorite, the dog beach. Appreciated her concern and reaching out regularly. It was our first time using Rover so we were a little nervous but Bethany made it a great experience. Thanks Bethany and Riley!!

Alana is most caring and reliable. She sent me daily photos for us and Watson returned home happy and relaxed. We were only able to travel in peace leaving our dog with a heart condition, because we found Alana trustworthy. So thankful for Alana and her husband!
