Veronica and her husband were so caring and kind; my pups immediately felt very comfortable with them (in fact they seemed to hardly notice that I was leaving : D). Veronica's communication is stellar, and her warmth and love for dogs was immediately evident. It was a wonderful experience for Kiko, Butters, and me as their human. Highly recommend - would rebook without hesitation!

Maui needed extra supervision @ daycare because of her stitches and Lauren provided the most supportive and loving experience for her! The photo updates through the day were great and very appreciated!
Kyle and family were very nice. Oatmeal did a trial drop-in visit in preparation for an upcoming stay - Kyle was very accommodating with scheduling. Even though it was a short visit, Kyle provided updates, photos, and video. Oatmeal, who is very shy and cautious around new people, turned around and stepped back inside to say goodbye when we picked him up, which was a great sign that he felt comfortable in the home.
My husband & I were extremely pleased with the care & attention Karen gave our Shiba Inu while we were on vacation. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone vacationing in the Sonoma/ Santa Rosa area who is seeking an experienced and friendly dog trainer/ sitter.
They did a great job making our dog comfortable when we dropped him off, even though he can be a little bit anxious. They took him for walks and made him feel comfortable. They also responded very quickly and were on time for everything.
Brittany was a great sitter! She was very accommodating and sent pictures of kahlua at the end of the day. Kahlua was always excited to go and play. Thank you!
