I’m so grateful for Karisma, she’s so kind and patient and she communicates very promptly. My Snookums loves hanging out with her. I had a family emergency and was going to be late getting my dog, Karisma offered to keep her overnight for me so that I could tend to my dad, she fed Snookums and loved on her as if she was her own and I am so grateful that she could help while I was stressed and trying to figure things out. Thanh-Mai was wonderful! My dog, Roxy, doesn’t always to well with other dogs, so Thanh suggested we do a drop-off sitter with her and one other dog she was boarding. She did great! I felt super comfortable leaving Roxy with her. She sent me pictures while she was at her home. Thanh is professional, communicates well, and she loves what she does. Our dogs Kuma & Koda had a great time, they came home and fell asleep after their stay. This was our first time using Rover and we are very satisfied with the care Heather provided for our dogs. Heather provided photos during their stay and was quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely book again with Heather.
