Dog Boarding in Charter Oak

Joyce was the best! Very communicative and sends us update very often. She also takes our dog on a lot of walks and takes really good care of him as well. Definitely can trust her with your fur babies :)

This is the first time I have used Rover. Normally Gordon flies with me when I visit my family in Northern California but this time I was flying to Maryland for a friend's 80th birthday celebration. We have known each other for 47 years. I HAD to be there but I worried about leaving Gordon for a week, boarding him where he would be kept in a kennel. I found Rover.com when searching for options online. I was relieved when our "Meet and Greet" went well. I appreciated that Elisa sent me photos and kept me updated on how Gordon was doing. Gordon is 15 and a little incontinent. I appreciated that Elisa and her husband allowed me to pick him up later than planned when my flight home was delayed.

I’ve been going to Michelle for years. She’s my go to sitter for my dog and I never have to worry about him when I’m gone. Thanks Michelle and family!

We had an amazing experience with our dog sitter, Oi, during our recent trip to San Diego. From the moment we dropped off Kupo and Teddy, we knew they were in great hands. Oi was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. When we picked them up, both dogs were not only happy and relaxed, but they also looked and smelled fantastic—Oi had given them a bath, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise! It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she looks after. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!

We had a fantastic experience! Jahni was was warm, easy to talk to, and clearly cared about our dog. She kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. Our Mali came home happy and relaxed—couldn’t ask for more!

Jane is awesome! I booked last minute and she was very gracious in accommodating us. She kept me updated all weekend with photos and videos of Arthur. He came home happy and tired which is a sign of a great time. Thank you Jane … we will be back.

Tanya and her family are the sweetest people EVER! They made my puppy feel so at home and she was absolutely fantastic about sending updates. I swear I got a photo every few hours, even more maybe. She was great with his scheduled feedings and took him on many walks which was great since my pup is a larger breed and has lots of energy. Towards the end of the stay my dog didn’t even want to come home with me that’s how comfortable he was with Tanya! I will absolutely be booking with her in the near future.

My 4 year-old lab mix is new to the area and a little clingy. He stayed with Jenna 5 nights over the holidays and had a BLAST! Jenna obviously loves animals and knows how to manage a group of dogs, my guy was exercised, played with and clearly loved and I got frequent updates via cell that kept me from being a nervous dog mama. Uyen is so kind and very loving. My dog was well cared for, walked, and treated with so much love. I’m so grateful that I found her and her husband to care for my sweet girl. They constantly sent updated photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind, helping me to know and see that she was truly loved while in their care. My family and I were blessed to have found Dennis in such short notice to watch our dogs for 10 days while we travelled internationally. Dennis was great at sending videos every day so that we could see that our dogs were happy. He was very kind and attentive to our dogs needs and we will absolutely book him again! We never had to worry about our dogs while we were away.
