Dog Boarding in Charter Oak

As always Jane was great with Taco. Very understandable considering his puppy energy. Taco was really happy to be back and stayed with her overnight for the first time. It went well and he seemed very comfortable at their place which made us very at ease. He can't wait to be back!

This is my second time Neicie has watched my Charlie. Neicie has kept me updated daily with pictures and videos that helps put me at ease. I have a peace of mind knowing I have a sitter for Charlie anytime something comes up.

Shelby and Scott were so good with our little fur baby. Frequent updates were great for us as we were nervous and hadn't used Rover before. I definitely recommend them to take care of your precious fur babies. We'll absolutely be using them again next time we go out of town.

Michelle was the perfect person to watch over our 7 month old baby girl this past weekend. Michelle was attentive to all messages and inquiries we had during our initial contact with one another that led to a wonderful meet and greet prior to the date of our booking. While watching over our pup, Michelle sent photos and message updates to keep us informed and reassured our baby girl was in good care. I highly recommend hiring Michelle for all of your boarding needs!

Jahni is such a wonderful sitter. First time we met her, Peanut and Ino warmed up to her as an old friend. She's very attentive and sends lots of updates and photos making sure that your fur baby is in good hands. Highly recommended. Will be in touch again soon. :) (Sorry for the late review)

I found Oi through Rover when I had to rush to the emergency room one evening and needed a last-minute booking for my Cookie. I can’t express how grateful I am for Oi’s exceptional care. Though Oi didn't mention it, I discovered upon returning home that she had taken the time and effort to resolve a matted patch of fur under Cookie's armpit, which had been there for quite some time. I was genuinely touched by Oi's attentiveness and dedication. It’s clear that he truly cares about the pets she looks after. I wholeheartedly recommend Oi for anyone needing a pet sitter!

Thoroughly impressed with everything Jenna did to make my pups' stay with her a comfortable one. She did an exceptional job caring for them while I was away for the long holiday weekend. Jenna regularly sent me text and picture updates; this made me feel very at ease and happy that my pups were enjoying themselves with the other dogs. To add, Jenna gave my pups an exit groom and bath, complete with a bow/bandana! She has my highest recommendation, and I will be a repeat/return client in the future. We were away in Taiwan for over two weeks, and our 19-year-old Shiro stayed with Kitti & Timmy. During that time, she experienced constipation followed by diarrhea after taking medication. They cared for her with so much patience, attentiveness, and love—truly like family. They kept us regularly updated and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. Caring for a senior dog is not easy, but they truly went above and beyond. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional care and would not hesitate to recommend Kitti & Timmy to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and truly outstanding pet sitters.

Jose and Eliza were AMAZING to say the least. I was freaking out because I have a very energetic puppy who can be a chewer and requires a lot of attention. They handled my dog like champs and let me tell you, my puppy seemed to miss them when she came back to my place hahaha it was most likely because she had a whole backyard for herself and Eliza was playing fetch with her all day long. They sent me so many videos and pictures while I was gone. Knowing that she was very well taken care of gave me a huge piece of mind that I didn’t know I could have while being out of town, I have found my dog sitters for future trips! So so grateful for them <3

Arthur and his wife we're very pleasant and friendly. They took really good care of our Lucy and we're very attentive responding and sending video and picture updates. Rhonda was great! You can tell she genuinely loves the dogs she watches and treats them like they’re her own. She kept me updated the whole time, and her communication was awesome, which made me feel so much better while I was away. I knew my dog was in good hands, and I would definitely book with her again. Caihua took great care of my golden retriever/husky Cashew while I was on vacation for a week. She has dogs herself as well as a large backyard that’s greatly suited for playful/energetic dogs. She sent constant pictures/videos and I was never worried about her care of Cashew. I’m very satisfied and will go to her for future dog sitting needs.

Lesly is a great dog sitter! She gave us photo updates during our trip away, communicating with her was a breeze, and she said our dog was easy to care for (even though he has some minor behavioral issues). I highly recommend her.

Paul and his wife were absolutely amazing while taking care of our beloved Bandit. From the very beginning, they showed exceptional patience and care, allowing Bandit the time he needed to adjust to them. We felt so comfortable knowing he was with them, and we’re thrilled to have found such trustworthy caregivers.
