You can tell Reginay loves animals. She is very patient and works with your pet to make sure they are comfortable. Very communicative and will send pictures and videos throughout the day. Toni loves his stays there. 🥰

That level of dependability is rare and truly appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my cats were in good hands, and it’s clear she treated them with care and respect. I was so anxious to leave Pekoe with anyone for the first time, but Minhan gave me so much peace of mind. She is so sweet, loving, and sensitive to Pekoe’s needs. After just our meet and greet I knew that she would take great care of her- and she did! She was great at communicating and also took amazing pictures. I had so much fun looking at every update she sent. Some of the pictures she took might be some of my all-time favorites, and it was clear that Pekoe was happy and comfortable settling in. I’m very grateful to Minhan and all the love and care she gave to her.

My 1st experience with boarding a pet with Yesenia on Rover was amazing. My family went on a entire week vacation. With Yesenia sending photos and assuring that our Sugar is safe and eating had made our trip at ease. She was informative and her response time was in a reasonable manner. We will definitely choose Yesenia again when we go on vacation. Thank you Yesenia you truly are amazing.

Niiyah is amazing. She is so communicative, kind, caring, and reliable. One of my cats likes to eat strings, and even when they're kept away from him, things happen and he gets access to them - like blinds breaking and falling down (suspected to be from my other cat knocking them down). Niiyah told me right away when one of the blinds broke and when there was a possibility that Ellie ate part of it, and was so kind and willing to take him to the emergency vet when we were worried about him. Even with my cats needing twice daily medications, to be fed 3 times a day, the ER visit, and facilitating house tours by making sure the cats were secured in a pop-up tent (we were moving out soon and our landlady wanted to give tours while we were away), she still offered to watch Peach and Ellie again. If we hadn't just moved 3 hours away, we would request to book her services again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for everything, Niiyah!
