If I could leave a 10 star review I would! This was my first time ever needing to board my cat, who is 100% an outside cat. Not only that, he had just had surgery for an abscess and was in a cone, very hard for him to be inside and in a stranger‘s house which all happened very quickly, because our 11th grandchild came two weeks early and we had four hours to get everything done and get on a flight to Texas! Christi and Michael made this seamless from the beginning of booking, to the end when they met my friend at the Veterinary to have his staples removed, and now he’s home. One happy cat for sure. Christi & Michael will always be my go to and will be the one I will always recommend to my friends and family!

Vicki was fantastic! Always on time, followed every instruction we left for our cats perfectly, and communicated frequently. We will definitely be using Vicki again the next time we head out of town. Thanks Vicki!

From the very beginning, her communication was top-notch—she kept us updated daily with messages, photos, and little notes about how each cat was doing. Elizabeth is incredible! She took care of my two cats like they were her own. I had to leave town somewhat suddenly to care for my sister and Elizabeth kept all my worries about my babies at bay. She kept them safe, comfortable, fed, played with, and sent me multiple daily photos and updates. You can tell they loved it! I will definitely be booking with Elizabeth again.

This was our second time with Mary caring for our pets, and she was great! I love that she sends daily pics and updates, and it is very sweet of her to leave a little gift for our return home.

My cats were well fed and very happy when I got home! They warmed up to Lola right away, which says a lot, since they can be a little shy with new people. Lola clearly took wonderful care of them and made them feel comfortable and loved. When I got back, the cats were happily hanging out with her like she was part of the family. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend Lola for anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!
