Having someone visit and feed the cat daily was a relief for us. Even though the cat didn’t make an appearance every day the food disappeared so we knew he was there. Just a bit shy and hid on Sheriane most days. This was much less stressful on Charcoal than going to a kennel. Sheriane checked in and kept us updated. 100% would use Rover and Sheriane again. Matias is an excellent communicator. I felt so confident and safe leaving my two kitties in his care. I got regular updates and photos and his response time to inquires about my babies was usually immediate but always under 10 mins. I even feel like my house was cleaner than how I left it. Would 100% have Matias stay in my home again.
