Dog Boarding in Colfax

Aron was a very gracious host who took care of my Buddha. Buddha enjoyed being with all the other dogs. I was a little concerned at first at how many dogs were there but Aron did a great job of keeping them all together. He clearly has a gift with animals and loves what he does. Grant was awesome! He really helped my pup warm up, and she had a great time running around with the rest of the pack! By the time we got home, she was all tuckered out. Grant kept in contact with me throughout the stay and sent photos often. I will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Great first visit for our little Poodle Jessie. Jarrod and Nicole are super communicators, made her feel at home, gave us updates and even sent photos! She will stay with them for 5 days (with sleepovers) next. Glad we found them on Rover.

Welcome to paradise! Linda & Dan have such a peaceful, grounded demeanor that our dog’s body language around them was calm and relaxed from the very beginning. She so clearly trusted and liked them both right away, and the videos they sent us showed her continuing to have fun and be happy there throughout her stay. Their pond was of course a big plus for our water-loving retriever! We also appreciate that they only take one or two dogs at a time, to simplify the social dynamic and to enable them to give each dog ample attention. Their behavioral coaching was relaxed and positive. Boundaries were clear and successful - Poppy wanted to do what they liked. And their gardens are so beautiful they could charge admission! How wonderful to be able to leave our loved one in such good, kind hands. Thank you, Linda and Dan!

Amanda made sure Piper felt comfort and gave her all the cuddles. I love that she sent pictures and videos of her as well! It made us feel comfortable with our decision for using River for the first time!

Kelsey is so above and beyond with my dog I don’t think I could ever trust anyone else! I definitely recommend her and I am grateful she’s so close by <3

Olena & Davyd were amazing! They were able to handle our reactive German Shepherd very well. I received updates, pictures, and videos every day. They were very accommodating and I would choose them again in a heart beat!

Sohui was amazing. She did a meet and greet with Macy prior to her stay. She also sent us daily photos of her. Sohui was very responsive to any concerns that we have regarding Macy’s stay. Would definitely book again with her next time.

Pam took good care of our boy?. He’s still a pup and can be challenging, but Pam met the challenges and we returned to a happy healthy boy. We had a hiccup in our travel plans, but Pam was very flexible and worked through the issues with us. We’d love to have Pam care for Brutus on our next trip!

They did a fantastic job with our puppy, Noah, so much so that Noah didn’t want to leave their house when we went to go pick him up 😂 We were very nervous about leaving our puppy for the first time with people we’ve never met, but they eased our minds, were super warm and welcoming, and Noah took to them right away. They sent us messages and pics while he was in their care, which helped us relax and enjoy our trip. I would 100% recommend them and use their services again and again. Thank you for making our first ever experience on Rover a wonderful one.

Jena was amazing with our dog Hugsy - she sent us so many pictures throughout his stay so that we always knew he was in good hands :-) We highly recommend her!

Awesome dog boarding! Our German Shepherd mixed loved it! The daily photos /videos were really appreciated. I think our dog add as good a vacation as we did!

Sara was amazing! I looked for a sitter last minute due to an issue with my regular sitter (in SF Bay Area). Sara responded immediately and was super responsive throughout Tori’s stay. Tori is currently on meds and Sara made sure she received all. I would highly recommend Sara!!!

Alesya is the best! It’s always nerve racking when we are taking a family trip and the need to pick a dog sitter becomes a need. We are always a little anxious and worried because we have two small dogs and they can be a handful. Alesya, made the experience very calming and reassuring. She made our first night, the most uncertain night, stress free and my dogs clicked with her quickly. Even though my dogs had really never spent time with other dogs, they had a chance to socialize and learn to play well with other dogs she was boarding. It was like they were on vacation as well. They looked healthy and happy when we picked them up and it was okviois they had been treated very well. I would highly recommend Alyesa to anyone looking for a good trustworthy and responsive sitter. She will be our family’s goto sitter anytime we travel. Thank you Alesya and family!!!

10/10 Justice took such good care of my babies! They have never been overnight away from home and you would never have known. They came home so happy and tired you could tell they had a blast! She sent updates and spent quality time with them. She was so thorough when introducing them to the other dogs and made them feel right at home. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again!

Our dog had a great time with Diana and her family, and we appreciated their accommodation of our dogs special needs!

Arwen and her family are just lovely people. Our GSD, Lou, stayed with them for almost 5 weeks over the Christmas holidays. Especially as a city dog, she loved being on the farm with all of the animals and running around the property. Arwen and Mike are just the best! You can tell they adore animals and take such good care of them. Lou wasn't eating as much in the beginning and Arwen tried out a few little tricks to get her to eat, which we really appreciated. They were flexible in the drop-off/pick-up schedule and sent lots of photos and updates of our girl. She came back freshly washed and happy :)
