My was awesome with Wallie and Bubba! Communication was great from the start and she made sure she all she needed to totally take care of our pets while we were gone. We got thorough updates and pics for each visit! We will definitely be using My again!

Rachel completed 2 drop in visits for us for EZ, our cat while we were out of town. She came over before the visits to meet EZ and get the lay of the land. Her communication was great and followed all of our instructions and needs. We really appreciated all of the pictures and thorough updates. We would definitely trust her to take care of our baby again!

This is our 6th/7th time with Lydia and honestly I wouldn’t want to use anyone else! She is extremely detail oriented and genuinely cares for our cat, Rupert. We’ve used her services for days and weeks and never once did we have to remind her to do anything. Thank you so much Lydia!

I recently just moved to the Bay Area and I had to take a trip shortly after, so I got in contact with Shailyng. One of my cats has had health issues in the past related to moving, so I was worried that this would be an issue again. Having Shailyng come over daily and give me an update on their health and wellbeing was a huge reassurance and relief during my trip. Even though they were hiding during their visits she would keep me updated very closely and even worked with my landlord to make sure they were okay.

So thankful we were able to book Seng for three days of daily visits to check in and provide wet food for our older male kitty. The photos and videos she sent of him happy and enjoying her company really helped us not worry as much! She was great to communicate with and even provided updates during her visit. Marisela came for a drop by visit in the afternoon with our dog Mochi while we were at work. Her communication was great, she was great with Mochi, and she sent lots of photos. I would definitely recommend her!
