Dog Boarding in Coloma

I was so happy to find a place I can take my young dog Reykur to. Michelle's house is very lovely and there is a large fenced in area for the dogs to explore and run. There are only four dogs boarded at a time, two of which are owned by Michelle, which is ideal. The dogs can wander around the house and even sleep on the bed. I could tell Reykur was very happy and I felt very comfortable to leave him there when I went on my five day vacation. That was the first time I left him alone. I will certainly take him back the next time I am out of town. He is a small dog with lots of energy which did not seem to bother Michelle or her husband at all. That was another big plus.

SO Happy with the extra attentiveness and care shown to me furbabies. HIGHLY recommend! My chihuahuas blended well with the household dogs. Updates & photos sent via txt. My dogs were very happy and I was reassured they were safe and cared for well.

Alexa was wonderful. We are so, so thankful that she was able to watch our fur babies while we were away - it really put our minds at ease. She’s communicative and kind. Our dogs immediately fell in love with her! We will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

Amy and Justin are incredible dog sitters. They were very responsive and communicative. I received updates with several photos daily, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and always made me smile as I looked them over. Our little Heidi had an absolute blast with them and slept for days after making new human and doggie friends :) I even asked if they would be willing to extend her stay by a day and they responded right away that it wouldn’t be a problem. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants very responsible dog lovers to watch over their pets!! I hope Heidi gets to play with their kiddos and sweet River again soon! :)

Elaine has a welcoming home for pets, clean and tidy, and great backyard for the dogs to play. With her daughter they were a great team to take care of our Doodle. Communication was excellent.

Elisabeth immediately put me at ease and sent me a few pictures of Tucker for the (hours) & the first few days. He clearly was right at home. I've never been away from my dog before. I just don't go places so this was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely use her again, she is great !

Jena (and fam) were awesome! She kept our Australian Shepherd occupied and content. We will definitely look them up again when we leave town. Thank you Jena!

Dongiun and Minkoung were excellent sitters for our dog ! Their communication was excellent from the booking until picking up our dog. They sent photos of our dog, Ringo, and let us know he was adjusting well, and also sleeping and eating well. They even took him to a dog park, which he very much enjoys :). My dog was very calm when I picked him up. I would highly recommend Dongiun and Minkoung as dog sitters- they truly want to make your pet happy and have their heart in it :)

If I could giver higher than a 5-star approval rating, I would do so. This was our rescue pup's first experience away from our home and to add a complication, she went into heat the week prior to her visit with Amanda. During the visit, our pup had a nervous tummy and Amanda stepped up by making soothing food for her. Also, Amanda was very quick to respond to communications. Not only did Amanda provide excellent care with daily activity, cuddles with her kids, and photo updates, she made me feel at ease with leaving our family member with her family.

This was our second time leaving our dog with melissa for the weekend and he didnt want to come back home. Excellent host and a very beautiful fenced property.

This couple is the sweetest people ever. From our meet and greet I knew Charlie would be in heaven since he immediately found the pond ❤? Our drop off was no different and they were willing to work with us if we could swing adding a day to the family trip but Disneyland is way too much for another day ? will definitely look for them in our future plans. They are safe, loving and Charlie came back so happy-go-lucky.

Alesya is the best! It’s always nerve racking when we are taking a family trip and the need to pick a dog sitter becomes a need. We are always a little anxious and worried because we have two small dogs and they can be a handful. Alesya, made the experience very calming and reassuring. She made our first night, the most uncertain night, stress free and my dogs clicked with her quickly. Even though my dogs had really never spent time with other dogs, they had a chance to socialize and learn to play well with other dogs she was boarding. It was like they were on vacation as well. They looked healthy and happy when we picked them up and it was okviois they had been treated very well. I would highly recommend Alyesa to anyone looking for a good trustworthy and responsive sitter. She will be our family’s goto sitter anytime we travel. Thank you Alesya and family!!!

This was our 1st experience using Rover and we were initially very nervous but so extremely glad we found Sara. It was such a stress relief knowing that our 4-month old little pup was being well taken care of. Sara would periodically send pictures, which was always exciting to receive, and you could tell that our pup was really enjoying herself. I also loved that she was introduced to other animals and furry friends! Sara was very flexible with drop off and pick up times which also made things easier for us. Thank you so much Sara for making us so comfortable and we could just focus on relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We look forward to working with you again and I’m sure lil Camaro is also looking forward to visiting your happy home again!

Amazing! We didn’t come back until late and they were able to accommodate 1 extra night. My pups were so calm when they usually jump on me.

Patti and her husband took great care of our two Yorkies. They shared pictures of our babies while we were gone and stayed in good communication. When I went to pick them up, both Patti and her husband had many great stories of their time watching the dogs.
