She was very prompt with her responses, came on time to feed Peanut, and sent the cutest updates and photos! I have rebooked Michael multiple times to take care of my cats, because I always know they are in great hands. Our first time booking, Michael suggested leaving out a bowl of water next to our electric fountain in case of power outage, which I had never considered, but showed me that he was truly thinking about the best care for my cats. Laura did a couple drop ins to check on my kitties while I was gone! She was amazing. The best pictures, made sure they were taken care of, and I felt like my home was safe with her checking in. Definitely do not hesitate to book her!

We were away for 2+ weeks and Trisha made sure our cats had all the attention, communication, care, and love they needed. There were many additional odd things that came up with our house while we were away and she offered to handle everything with total professionalism.
