We had a great experience with Hsuan-Chu. She took such good care of our cats and really spent time playing with them, which they loved. Clove is usually pretty shy and nervous around new people, but she actually felt comfortable with Hsuan-Chu and even warmed up to her, which meant a lot to us. Cumin also enjoyed spending time with her and clearly had a great time playing. Communication was easy, we always got thoughtful updates, and we could tell they were both happy and well cared for. We’d definitely book with her again.

Tiana took care of my cat Mimi while I was away for a few weeks. She came in every few days to check in on her, clean her box, make sure she had enough food, and play with her. Mimi seemed very happy to spend time with Tiana and with all the attention she gave her. I will book Tiana again next time I go on vacation!

Conner was great! Reliable, communicative, and he asked all the right questions. He even visited our home an extra time to bring in a perishable package that we'd forgotten was going to be delivered.
