Matthew was so great with my German shepherd Delta! She is very high energy and Matthew took the time to give her the exercise she needed while I was away giving me a lot of photos and updates. This was my first time using Rover, and at first I felt uneasy, but Jessie quickly put my mind at ease. It was the first time my little dog had been apart from me for so long. She’s a timid little one, and I was very worried about Cathy’s well-being. However, Jessie was very warm, friendly, and extremely patient with Cathy. She completed all tasks during the visit flawlessly and communicated very promptly. I wish I could give her double five-star ratings. If I ever need a sitter again, I will definitely reach out to Jessie.
