Stephanie came over the day before our scheduled drop in visit to understand our “needs”. And did an excellent job dropping in to check in on both our senior pets - 18 year old cat and 13 year old diabetic dog. She followed our instructions to a tee and provided updates including photos of everything. It’s hard to trust anyone outside of family with our babies but Stephanie did a great job and we will definitely use her again!

Michelle generously took care of our cats while we were gone over the holidays even though we were last minute booking. Michelle was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and attentive. We came back to happy kitties! Thanks Michelle!

Matthew was so great with my German shepherd Delta! She is very high energy and Matthew took the time to give her the exercise she needed while I was away giving me a lot of photos and updates. Vanessa is so great with our dog who is cautious with new people. She took the time to make her feel comfortable (which happened almost immediately!). While we were away she sent us updates, videos, and pictures and we knew our dog was in good hands and had extra love!

Kristine is awesome! Very communicative and reliable, and always keeps me updated, sending great pics of my dog during her visits. My dog seems so much calmer and comfortable after visits with her compared to other drop in visits in the past or daycare.
