She went above and beyond! Very happy that I found Tara. Descriptive about everything that went down each visit. Sent videos of proof that one of my cats got his pills twice a day. Sent pics that ensured doors were locked. She was on top of it. Will definitely book again!

We are returned customer and it is our second time having K Zin take care of our cat. K Zin is absolutely the best and our cat just loves her. She is attentive, communicative and takes great pictures too. Highly recommend!

Rachel completed 2 drop in visits for us for EZ, our cat while we were out of town. She came over before the visits to meet EZ and get the lay of the land. Her communication was great and followed all of our instructions and needs. We really appreciated all of the pictures and thorough updates. I recently just moved to the Bay Area and I had to take a trip shortly after, so I got in contact with Shailyng. One of my cats has had health issues in the past related to moving, so I was worried that this would be an issue again. Having Shailyng come over daily and give me an update on their health and wellbeing was a huge reassurance and relief during my trip. Even though they were hiding during their visits she would keep me updated very closely and even worked with my landlord to make sure they were okay.

Silvia is absolutely incredible! She’s so communicative, responsible, and always willing to help out in a pinch. I could not ask for a better sitter for the fur babies, she’s our go-to every time.
