Rachel was very responsive, easy to work with, and great with our cats. She sent lots of pictures and videos so we were confident they were alright and in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

Wenchi was very caring and attentive to my cat- sent me lots of pictures everyday so I was never worried about her.
