James was great! I needed to book last minute due to a work trip and he responded and came out right away. Very responsible, helpful, trustworthy and respectful. He was also communicative and very timely which was really appreciated. I definitely recommend and will be sure to book him again if available!

Erika is an absolute gem! We chose to work with her because we have two cats and saw she had experience specifically with kitties. Erika went above and beyond to care for our babies while we were away for a trip. She spent long quality time with them and sent plenty of adorable photos in each update!
