B is an old cat who can be EXTREMELY opinionated, and it is such a gamechanger to know I'm coming home to a blissed out buddy who's been hanging out with someone he loves instead of an angry orange beast. Lara did an amazing job with our drop-in visits! One of our cats was feeling sad and would hide when she came to visit, but Lara went the extra step to coax him out and make sure he was eating. She communicated beautifully, sent great updates, and was easy to work with. Highly recommend for drop-in care!
