Stormi loved being at Jacqueline‘s! I will definitely use her in the future! She sent photos and was very responsive! I know Stormi had a time of her life spending the weekend with her family. Definitely would recommend.

Marya was awesome! She and her kids took wonderful care of my dogs. She took them on 2 walks everyday. She sent lots of pictures and videos. She was very responsive as well, and so nice! I would definitely use Marya again!

Shanna was very flexible with drop off and pick up over the Christmas holiday. Ours were happy and clean when I picked them up. We appreciated Shanna very much while we couldn’t have our dogs with us over the holiday travel.

I cannot recommend Anais enough! I needed a pet sitter while I was out of the country for a wedding, and from the very beginning, Anais was absolutely amazing. Her communication was outstanding—she was always quick to respond, professional, and kept me updated throughout my dog’s stay. What truly impressed me was how accommodating she was. My travel plans ended up changing, and I needed to extend my dog’s stay and make adjustments to pickup times due to unexpected delays. Anais was incredibly flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me every step of the way. She also sent plenty of photos and updates, which meant so much to me while I was away. It was clear that my dog was being well cared for, loved, and treated like part of the family. Kahnie & Mrs Cheryl are very sweet. They kept our pup for her longest stay away from us (1 week). We received photo updates and videos that let us know Fefe was doing well. Though we missed her, we knew she was in GREAT hands. Highly recommend!

I have to do a follow up. There is nothing better that seeing your loved ones happy. My sassy little drama queen pitches a hissy fit every time she realizes we are leaving her but not with Richard and his wife. She is happy to arrive. She recognized the area before we get there, runs toward the house with unrestrained enthusiasm and is so happy there. Am I a little jealous? Yes! I am I so happy to see her so well cared for? I can’t express how thankful I am for Jiajie’s care, she really took such amazing care of my dog. You can tell she really loves dogs and cares about how they’re feeling. She kept me super updated with a bunch of photos and videos, and my puppy looked so happy and relaxed in every single one. He got along really well with her dogs too, which made me feel even better about leaving him. Jiajie asked about his little habits and preferences, which showed me she really pays attention. It honestly felt like he was on his own little vacation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will absolutely book with her again!
