She checked in at the agreed upon time, she was able to feed and play with our cats, checked up on our feed and dry kibble, and provided thorough updates! Would love to work with her again!

We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us. After just a few visits, it was clear that Missy looked forward to seeing her, which gave us so much peace of mind. There is no one you should trust more than Jen with looking after your pets. We’ve used her for check-ins for our cat Bella and she gives excellent service each and every time. She takes the time to not only make sure Bella has her basics taken care of but also takes the time to play with her tool. Jen provides detailed photos and feedback every visit and it makes a big difference knowing Jen is taking care of our cat anytime my wife and I are away.

Yongxin was very good at watching our cat for 5 days. Because our cat is elderly, there required meds to be administered. We had printed instructions which were very well executed. The communication was also very efficient. She replied in a timely manner. I also liked seeing the daily pictures of the well being of our cat. Yongxin is very professional and efficient, yet caring with good instincts. I would call on her again!

Responsible, punctual, clean and detail oriented. They arrived on time, during our initial meeting they asked questions such as feeding times/style (free feeding or meal times), or if there were a limit on treats, which are great details to ask for any pet sitter and shows that they are experienced and care about the pets needs as well as owner set restrictions, and my place was left clean and organized. They sent me regular photo updates on my two cats, and them playing with them, which helped me rest assured my cats were being well taken care of while I was away which is a huge relief. I would definitely recommend these two :)

Maya was great with our cats! She’s been very active, engaging them in play sessions, giving special attention to each cat and their needs. She’s thorough with the food needs, always ensuring cats are eating well, had enough water and also attentive to any issues that might be bothering them. She kept the food area and the litter boxes super clean. Her post visit notes are very helpful and comprehensive. She’s also great at plant care. She took care of my 100+ plants very well. I’d 100% recommend her!!
