She was so amazing! She was terrific and my cat really liked her. She could not have done any better! She kept in touch and sent lots of pictures. Made us feel very comfortable!

Mitchell did an amazing job taking care of my cats. He is extremely responsible, reliable, and genuinely caring. He followed all feeding instructions carefully, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure my cats were comfortable and well taken care of. He also provided timely updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. My cats can be shy, but they warmed up to him quickly, which really shows his patience and love for animals！

Jordan took care of our 2 cats for a week when we went away on vacation. He was really on top of things, responsible and reliable. He sent us photos daily by text to assure us everything was happening according to plan. He’s really nice too. I highly recommend him!

Emma made my cat Jack feel welcome and at home! She sent me pictures regularly of him throughout his stay. I truly felt that Jack was well cared for and given lots of attention while I was gone. I’m definitely booking with her again!

My second time using Yongxin. Again she was excellent in watching over our elderly cat. She has good instincts and does not need to be told every single detail. She always checks with me and informs me of any peculiarities she observes. I would not hesitate to call on her again!

Jenarae was absolutely amazing! I had never used Rover before and she was kind enough to have a first meet visit with me here and went through the entire process step by step for me. We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us. After just a few visits, it was clear that Missy looked forward to seeing her, which gave us so much peace of mind.
