Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have her caring for our cats while we were away. She took wonderful care of all four of our indoor cats—Layla, Koda, Meeka, and Bella—as well as the community cats we care for outside. It was obvious throughout the trip that she genuinely cared about their well-being rather than simply stopping by to complete the basics. We have a multi-cat household with several different personalities, needs, and a somewhat complicated feeding routine, and Jennifer handled everything with patience, diligence, and close attention to detail. Bella, our newest addition, was timid with her at first but seemed to warm up very quickly and form a real bond with her. Jennifer spent quality time playing with both Bella and Layla, which meant a great deal to us. Layla, our youngest, has significant trust issues after years of needing regular medication and will usually bolt as soon as a stranger enters the house. Seeing her become comfortable with Jennifer so quickly was unusual and incredibly reassuring. Cats can be very selective about people, particularly ours, so their responses told us a lot about Jennifer’s calm, gentle approach. We also truly appreciated that she didn’t forget about our outdoor community cats. She made sure they were fed, took time to interact and play with them, and included photos of them in her updates. Being able to see that they were also safe and cared for gave us an additional layer of reassurance while we were overseas. Our feeding setup includes several automatic wet-food machines, and Jennifer encountered an issue with one of them during the trip. She attempted to contact us, but because we were overseas and dealing with network problems, I unfortunately did not receive the call. She was resourceful, calmly worked through the problem, and was able to resolve it. She was also proactive about flagging any issues with the machines as they arose, which gave us confidence that she was paying close attention and making sure everything continued to function properly. Her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and communicative, and throughout our trip we felt confident that everyone was being genuinely well looked after. Coming home to happy, relaxed cats is always the best sign that they were in great hands. Even our more cautious cats greeted us when we returned, which told us they had felt safe and secure while we were gone. Jennifer also left us a thoughtful note summarizing how everyone did, which was such a kind personal touch and made us smile after a long day of traveling. We would absolutely trust Jennifer with our pets again and will not hesitate to book her for future trips. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, communicative, attentive, resourceful, and genuinely interested in spending time with animals—not just checking a box. She would be an especially wonderful choice for anyone with multiple pets, shy animals, complicated routines, or pets who need a little extra patience and care.

Allen is excellent! I have two Aussies who are super sweet but wild and extremely difficult to walk. Allen takes them for a walk every time he comes without complaints! My dogs are always very happy to see him and are nice and tired when I come home. He sends me plenty of photos and lets me know what time he is arriving. Allen has been coming to take care of my dogs for the last few months and i’m so grateful! I will 100% continue to have him take care of my dogs for any future needs.

Our dogs were very relaxed and happy when we returned from our trip. Michelle was very prompt in letting us know when she arrived at our house and gave detailed info on the dogs. Everything was in order when we got back. We highly recommend her services!

Julio cared for my three dogs and two cats while I was away for a 10 day trip. Each pet has their own diet, and their own medicine, and their own quirks - so it's quite a lot to keep track of. Julio was absolutely fantastic. He was so reliable and I was always comfortable knowing that my precious ones were well taken care of, and that when odd things came up (like someone pooping on the couch, or someone bringing a dead baby possum into the house), Julio would handle it. Thanks to Julio, I was able to enjoy my trip and relax. I'll definitely be calling on him again!

Alexis is very professional and friendly. My pets adored him as soon as they met him. He sends updates and photos daily which is great so you can see how your pet is doing.

Bonnie was so thorough and sweet! She took the time to ensure both cars were taken care of, and even charged their water fountain! We will be booking again for sure.

This is my 3rd time booking Angela. This was a last minute trip and she accepted even when she blocked out the dates for the holidays. My dogs love her and I will continue to book her.

Anika did a great job with my 2 goldens. She fed and watered them, took them out for a walk, played with them and took them inside when needed. Loved getting pictures after each visit. Both are relaxed and healthy when we got home. Thank you Anika!

Tara is the best cat sitter we have ever had. She goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are cared for well. She is so sweet, kind, and caring. I cannot say enough great things about Tara.
