Thomas was an excellent sitter. He followed my cat’s routine very precisely and clearly put a lot of care into every visit. His communication was outstanding, consistent updates, thoughtful notes, and photos that made me feel completely at ease while I was away. He truly went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure my cat was comfortable and engaged. I felt very safe leaving my pet in his care and would absolutely book him again. Jessica is a fantastic sitter! She took great care of our cat during the holiday break, even on bad weather days. I loved the photo updates and felt completely at ease knowing our cat was in such capable hands. Our cat clearly bonded with her and will miss her. Tianying was thoughtful and communicative and shared lots of updates with us when she came to check in on our cats, even though coco was hiding!

Jessica was so amazing. I had to request her very last minute due to a family emergency. She is an excellent communicator, she is reliable, and very pleasant. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for while watching my boy cat. I’m so happy and will definitely be requesting Jessica in the future. She even took in packages for me I didn’t even ask but was so grateful she did due to the mail theft in the area.

Katherine took excellent care of my cats for approximately three weeks through drop-in visits. She is incredibly supportive, accommodating, and helpful. Her dedication to the pets is evident in her willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my litter robot sensor issues. Her exceptional skills are evident in her ability to perfectly fit the trash bags into the litter robot can. I highly recommend her services!

Victoria was wonderful! It was the first time we were leaving our 9 months old kittens for a long weekend, so we were a bit nervous. Victoria send us many photos and kept us updated on how the girls were doing. The kittens seemed like they had a great time in a loving family with plenty of places to roam. The drop-off, pick-up, and overall communication was super easy. Thank you for taking such great care of Almond and Peanut!

Kruti was great! It was my first time using Rover and she helped walk me through the process very patiently and professionally. She was also patient with my kitty, taking the time to get to befriend her until she was comfortable enough to play which is terrific. The last day of her drop-ins was during an intense heat wave and Kruti put the fan on to help keep things cool for Oz - overall really kind and thoughtful. Would absolutely rebook!

I felt very comfortable going away and leaving my pets in Aurora’s care. She is very attentive to my pets needs and always gave extra loves. I really appreciate her communications messages to provide updates. This was my second time using Aurora and won’t be my last. I would highly recommend her if you want the best care for your pet while you are away.

Kaila was fantastic with my 2 cats. She took her time to get to know them and even convinced the shy one to come out! I would happily book again.

He did a great job of taking care of my social kitty when I was gone. He noticed when she just needed some tlc and gave her some. He also brought in my packages and communication was great.
