I am delighted to share my positive experience with the pet care service provided by her during the July 4th holiday. She demonstrated professionalism and genuine care for our pets. Our dog, who can be quite anxious around new people, quickly warmed up to her, which speaks volumes about her expertise and gentle approach. Our cat, usually aloof, was also treated with great respect and affection. She provided regular updates with photos, ensuring us that our pets were happy and well-cared for. She was punctual, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure our pets were comfortable and content. Sheila is outstanding. We felt so at ease knowing she would be taking care of Carrot for us over the weekend. We received many photos from their visits, as well as constant updates. Our 4 year old loved seeing such in depth photos and it made our experience much easier knowing Carrot was having fun and getting love. We feel stress free for future trips knowing Sheila will be the one we can count on.

She is so great. Takes great pictures and her written reports are my favorite. So detailed and descriptive. Literally like reading a story. I actually get excited to read about her time with my pups every time.
