Mitchell did an amazing job taking care of my cats. He is extremely responsible, reliable, and genuinely caring. He followed all feeding instructions carefully, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure my cats were comfortable and well taken care of. He also provided timely updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. My cats can be shy, but they warmed up to him quickly, which really shows his patience and love for animals！

Yongxin was great. My cat isn’t eating much lately and having some medical issues and Yongxin took the food to where he was and encouraged him to eat. She even fed my fish and mist my lizard’s enclosure. She sent plenty of pictures and provided updates to let me know what was done and how much my cat ate. I will be using her services again.

Jordan took care of our 2 cats for a week when we went away on vacation. He was really on top of things, responsible and reliable. He sent us photos daily by text to assure us everything was happening according to plan. He’s really nice too. I highly recommend him!

We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us. After just a few visits, it was clear that Missy looked forward to seeing her, which gave us so much peace of mind. Logan was an excellent cat sitter for our 2 young cats, dropping in to take care of them for a week+ trip. He is trustworthy and responsible; his genuine love for cats means he will really care for them and he was respectful of the house, keeping it neat and as-is. He went above and beyond for our cats, providing them with extra affection and playtime rather than just dropping in to scoop litter and check on food/water. We were also given lots of photos and notes about how they were doing, it was as stress-free as a trip away from pets could be!

Jenarae is a great resource for us. She is conscientious, professional and bonds well with our cat. She did everything just right according to the needs of our animal family member. I had a great experience boarding my cat with Svetlana through Rover! From the start, they were friendly, and responsive. Throughout the stay, I received regular picture and video updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing my cat was in good hands. It was obvious my cat was comfortable and well-cared for! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

Anna was great! She followed all the instructions I gave her and others I forgot :) My senior cat immediately liked her and Anna sent me many pictures of them cuddling after her visits :)
