You can tell Reginay loves animals. She is very patient and works with your pet to make sure they are comfortable. Very communicative and will send pictures and videos throughout the day. Toni loves his stays there. 🥰

Hans is the best!! Goes above and beyond, and most importantly when I get back I can tell how well cared for my kitties have been by how happy they are. 5 stars!!

Great visits!

I took an extended/long-distance trip in December and this was the first trip I've ever taken without my cat. I was quite anxious to leave him home alone, especially with the recent passing of his cat sibling. I booked drop-in visits with Rachel and she was great! I really appreciated the time that she spent with my cat. I could tell that she was very attentive and caring toward him. I also loved the selfies/pictures she sent during most of the drop-in visits. I could tell that he was happy having a visitor! Rachel also offered to drop-in on an additional day if my flight was cancelled, which was very kind. And after a long day of traveling, I came home and did not have to throw out any litter/trash, as she had taken care of it already--which I also really appreciated! I plan to book with Rachel again if I take any future trips. I highly recommend her!

Mariah is an amazing sitter and our shy cats took a liking to her and looked forward to her coming after the second visit. Very accommodating with our schedule since we were out of the country and great communication during the whole visits. Getting updates and pictures on our cats kept us at ease during the trip. Would love to have Mariah again!!

Ashley is a dedicated and caring pet sitter! My cat loved her and got some excellent quality time and enrichment from her visits. Ashley showed up and sent updates and photos every day. She is also diligent about asking questions to ensure the best care for your pets. Highly recommended.

Megan did great with my cats. They’re usually a little shy with new people but looks like they were comfortable with her right away. If the cats are happy and content then I’m happy, will book Megan again!

From the beginning, Khyli was welcoming and showed genuine concern for my kittens. They're 9 months old and had not been anywhere since I adopted them 7 months previously. During the booking time when she had my kittens, Khyli was patient and provided explanations of how my kittens were doing. She sent pictures and videos. The reason for a 4 ranking instead of 5 was that Khyli would not let me see where she was keeping my kittens. Although it looked fine from the pictures and videos, I wish she'd said in the booking information that for security reasons, she would not let me see the apartment where she was keeping my kittens. Hearing that, I would have selected someone else. Because I was flying out that day, I had to leave them with Khyli during an outside the car transfer and hope they'd be ok. They were, but that's the reason I won't book with Khyli again. Again, my kittens seemed to be taken care of, but from now on, I won't book without visiting the home prior to the booking date.

Jenna was perfect. After a long bout with kitten health care issues, it was very relieving to hear someone use the familiar language of a health care professional. She knew what to look out for and how best to manage the several potential issues she might face. We were fortunate - no issues surfaced - but we slept well on our trip knowing the cats would be okay had something happened. She treated our cats, our house, and our quirky needs as cat owners with respect - which is all you can ask.

Everything good. The cats seemed to take to Courtney right off and enjoy her company. She took care to make sure Ginger got his food without other cats stealing it. And Checkers got his cuddle time.

Friendly personality. Aicha was able to board my (temperamental) cat on short notice and provide pick up as well. They were very accommodating and did their best in making Patsy's stay as comfortable as possible. A couple of photos were sent to me and helped with peace of mind. Thank you!
