Dog Boarding in East Palo Alto

This was my first time using Rover and first time leaving our dog since we got him a couple months ago. Needless to say I was nervous about it! Margaret was fantastic with managing introductions with her dogs and our very playful 1.5 year old heeler mix. Since we are deep into our training phase, it was great to have the reassurance that she was open to all training methodologies and her expert guidance on managing our pup's over enthusiasm in certain situations. We loved the photos and videos she sent. Our pup was loved and well cared for while we were away.

Fang was amazing with my dog Banana during a 4 day stay. She was amazing with following instructions, asking very insightful questions, and making sure to provide pleanty of updates. We will definitely book another stay with Fang!

Manli and her husband took excellent care of Coco. It was our first time with them and I was a little worried. Manli communications were excellent. So glad to have found a trusted sitter.

Ali was fantastic! It was our first time leaving our dog with him, and at the end of her stay, she didn’t want to come home—which says everything. He kept us updated with photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Ali made sure she got plenty of exercise with walks and dog park runs, and she had an amazing time playing with his dog. She came home happily exhausted and clearly missing her new buddy. Plus she learned some new balls skills (fetch, drop, etc) which we had been trying to teach before her stay - bonus that she got some training while we were away! Communication was smooth and easy the whole time, and Ali was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be booking with him again for more fun doggy playtime!

Matthew and Katelyn were amazing. I was so worried that I had to leave Nora while I went on a business trip for 4 days. But Matthew sent me daily updates. Nora made herself at home immediately. She looked very comfortable and happy. Matthew’s daughter is really good with Nora as well. It made me so happy to see them playing together. I think it made me feel at ease that Matthew’s family had a dog before and knew exactly what to do when Nora threw up. Will definitely rebook next time I’m out of town!

Ying too very good care of Cookie, sent many pictures and made sure Cookie was happy. Very good service and nice family house. I recommend her for your dog

Tracy and her husband were amazing, like always! They sent consistent updates about the dogs, with pictures and respond very quickly to any messages. It’s not easy to be away from my dogs, but I know they are in good hands with Tracy. Will not hesitate to book again :)

Olga, igor and their kids did a fantastic job taking care of Kiki. They were very easy to work with on drop off/pick up timings and made sure to learn about Kiki's needs and quirks. Great communication during the stay with regular photos and videos. Kiki lived her best life-walks, the dog park and snuggles. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Once again, MinJun & MiRan have provided a wonderful service for our two little pups. I get lots of photos and videos of their walks and playtime every day, which makes me feel like they are being so well cared for when I am out of town. Our dogs love going to see MinJun and MiRan and get excited every time we drop them off. I would highly recommend MinJun and MiRan to anyone looking for great care for their furry friends when they have to be away.

Marivel take great care of our two big dogs! She sent pictures and videos everyday, and they both looked so happy. Communication was very easy, and she was able to take them for 9 days pretty last minute!

Sein took the best care of our pups, they were sad to leave! They got their energy out by going to the dog park and going on walks all the time. Received lots of photos and videos while away and they looked like they were having the best time(: thanks so much!!

Ian treated Loki like his own, treating him to pup cups and even cooking him up a steak dinner to celebrate Christmas (always checking with us first that it was ok). He made sure that any treats he gave Loki were chicken free, since we mentioned that he might be allergic. He sent us plenty of updates and photos, which we loved. Loki loved playing with Ian's dog, Pax, and went on frequent walks and trips to the dog park. Ian was great at communicating with us and giving us updates about Loki, he came back tired and happy (we actually think he's sad to have left Ian and Pax)

Lucca had a great time with Nina & Leo! They provided lots of pictures and updated us on how she was doing everyday. They had no issues following her normal routine and they made sure to keep her happy and healthy. We'll definitely book them again!

Jessica was great with Ellie! We got lots of photos and our little pup came back relaxed and happy. We will definitely have Jessica look after Ellie in the future!

Jifu is an amazing dog sitter. My mini golden doodle had a great time playing with dogs, running around, and enjoying life. I got regular photo and video updates, and Jifu went above and beyond when there was a food supply issue!

The BEST & most organized duo I’ve come across on this app by far! I cannot recommend enough trusting your pets with Jesse & Kimmy. They regularly sent pics and videos of updates with Bailey and even sent her home with a cute new bandana and Polaroid to commemorate her time with them. Constantly felt reassured through every interaction and very flexible on pick up/drop off times as I was traveling via road trip and traffic can be highly unpredictable. Bailey had the best time & became the best of friends with their pup Tico as well ❣️

Hong took such good care of Cookie this past week. She kept us updated with lots of great pictures and videos and took Cookie on lots of walks, which cookie loves. Cookie was also being a little picky with her food, but Hong managed to get her to eat by adding yummy yogurt and even hand-fed cookie, which was very sweet of her. Cookie can’t wait to come back!

Christopher is a thoughtful and amazing caretaker. He regularly shared updates that only a "dog lover" would write - making it clear that Sunny was having a fantastic time. Plus the photos are some of the best we have now. I know Sunny is looking forward to another visit!
